Join us for the Great Community Give! This exciting online giving event was started by The Community Foundation to inspire philanthropy in our community through charitable donations. We are thrilled to be one of over 150 charities participating that day and would be so grateful for your support!

Every gift to Explore More—no matter the size—will be matched dollar for dollar, DOUBLING your impact for our kids! Plus, if 250 supporters donate any amount, we’ll unlock an extra $25,000.This is a transformative opportunity for our nonprofit Museum.

  • Make your donation online anytime between 6 AM and 8 PM on April 22.

  • Give on April 22 during Power Hour from 7–8 PM to help win an extra prize.

  • Can’t give on April 22? Early giving is open now through April 22, and your donation will still be matched!

  • Give online at the Explore More profile page on the Great Community Give website anytime between now and APRIL 22 until 8 PM.

  • Drop off your check or cash at the Museum (150 South Main Street, Harrisonburg, VA) during regular hours.

Every donation of any size given to Explore More during Great Community Give will be matched DOLLAR for DOLLAR! Thanks to the generosity of a special friend of the museum, your investment on April 22 will be DOUBLED, laying an even stronger foundation for our kids!

GIVE DURING POWER HOUR — 7 PM ON APRIL 16!

There are a number of power hours throughout the day to help win extra prize money from The Community Foundation. Explore More has selected the LAST hour of the day on April 22, from 7 – 8 PM! If you want to make your gift the most powerful, be sure to time your gift during that hour to maximize prize money.

Explore More SUPPORTERS — Help us UnLOCK $10,000!

This year during the Great Community Give, we have a BIG opportunity. If 250 supporters donate ANY AMOUNT, we will unlock a $25,000 additional donation. Will you join us and help make this possible! In addition, your gift will be matched dollar for dollar. Together, we can make a collective impact!

We understand that not everyone can be with us on the 22nd. No worries! You can utilize the “early giving” timeframe, making your gift any time between April 7 and April 22, and you'll be counted among our donors on the big day! GIVE EARLY TODAY!

GIVE WITH CASH OR CHECK! If you don’t want to make a gift online, you can also give through cash or check! Just bring your donation DIRECTLY TO EXPLORE MORE before 8 PM on April 22 and it will count toward our totals for the day.
