Have you ever wanted to try a new language?  Here is your chance to experience the beauty and grace of signing.  Explore American Sign Language through a variety of activities including songs, drama, stories, and more! Join in the fun of this introductory lab and increase cultural awareness of our community. This is a partnership with Blue Ridge Community College.  

Advance registration required | $10 per participant

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Julie Foster, a teacher for Harrisonburg City Public Schools, enjoys literature, music, drama, laughing, and learning.  She also teaches American Sign Language for local colleges and community groups.  She believes learning should be filled with music, drama, dance, and imagination  Stories come alive in her classes.
